• Welcome to my P.E./ Health homepage. With Rankin being off school for the next few weeks, remember to stay active and eat healthy foods, drink lots of water to stay hydrated. Below are a list of PE websites they can go to and use to stay active and healthy. The first link is to March's Commit to Fit Challenge, I encourage all students to continue to record their minutes daily. The goal is for 30 minutes a day. I encourage all students to record their minutes for the remaining days and turn them in signed by a parent when we return for a reward. There is also a couple links to help with nutrition and eating right! Keep moving and stay healthy until we meet again in the big room at Rankin.  Mr. K
