Dear Parents/Guardians,
Welcome to the 2013-2014 school year at Randels Elementary School. My name is Jason McLaughlin. I am a resource room teacher at Randels, teaching K-3 Literacy and Math. I am a graduate of The University of Michigan-Flint, earning both my Masters and Bachelors degrees there in Secondary and Special Education. This will be my fourth year of teaching in the Carman-Ainsworth School District and my first at Randels after spending time at Carman-Ainsworth High School, Dye Elementary, and Dillon Elementary. Other districts I have worked at include Montrose, Genesee Christian, Swartz Creek, and Flint Central in part time and/or internship positions.
I believe that your parental support is essential to the development of your child's academic and physical success. I will work cooperatively with you to ensure the best quality of education for your child.
