    Our lives look much different than they did just one month ago. Students and their families may be feeling very overwhelmed with the changes to their daily routine, virtual learning, health risks, loss of income, and other life challenges as a result of COVID-19. Children may be having difficulty coping with big emotions, such as fear, anger, and sadness. This page will provide daily activities for managing stress, a weekly social-emotional lesson presented by school support staff, and community resources.

    I am available Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm to answer any questions and provide individual counseling as needed.
