Chuck Thrash

A 1994 Carman-Ainsworth graduate, Chuck's teams finished 79-1 in Big Nine in basketball; he was named Defender of the Year all three seasons. He was First Team unanimously All-Conference, All-District, and All-Region, third team All-State junior year, and fifth team All-State senior year. He was a member of the1993 Class "A" State Track Champions, as well as State Champ in high jump at 6'8". He was runner up State Champion his senior year, and voted Male Athlete of the Year in 1994. He played college basketball at Seward C.C. in Liberal, Kansas; University of North Texas in Denton, and graduated from Eastern New Mexico in 2000.
