The Native American Education Program Is:
A federally funded educational program for
Native American (American Indian) students in grades K-12 who attend either
Carman-Ainsworth or Westwood Heights Community Schools.
What Do We Do?
Ü Cultural and Craft Activities
Ü Day Camp
Ü Limited Tutoring in Elementary Schools
Ü Services of a Student Guide for 6th, 7th & 8th Grade Students
Ü Notification of occasional Native American Cultural Events
within Genesee County and Michigan
Who Can Join?
Any student with Native American heritage enrolled in
Carman-Ainsworth or Westwood Heights school district.
No blood quantum is required.

What is the Cost?
All program sponsored events are free to students enrolled in
the Native American Education Program!!!
